Abstract

Subject and goals. In the context of constant changes, when the obsolescence of technical solutions and business models occurs in the horizon of several years, the education system must transform in the direction of increasing flexibility, personalization, elasticity. This actualizes the problem of finding new ways of organizing learning processes and new management models. The article discusses the issues of updating educational programs and educational content, taking into account the changing requirements of standards and employers for the qualifications and competencies of specialists.
Methods. A methodology for updating educational programs and content based on a convergent approach is proposed.
Results and conclusions. It is shown that the process of actualization in the context
of building an innovative and digital economy is associated with the transition to a model of convergent education. The convergent model of the educational environment is synthesized on the basis of the convergence of models for managing educational content, educational programs and the process of training a specialist with the ability to synchronize their life cycles.
